Meet the Team at Family First Chiropractic & Wellness Centre

Roxanne is our vibrant, attentive and compassionate Front Technician, who is always happy to assist you. She has been dedicated to making a positive impact at Family First Chiropractic & Wellness Centre since June 2023 and has a passion for health, wellness, and helping others. Roxanne loves meeting new people and cherishes the joyful interactions she has with patients, especially the little ones, and she’s always excited to admire the masterpieces they create at our colouring table.

Family is very important to Roxanne, you can often find her spending quality time with her niece and nephew or relaxing by hanging out with her cat Nicky. She has a passion for traveling and is always looking forward to planning her next adventure and exploring new places. Roxanne finds immense joy and tranquillity in spending time in nature, and going on walks through the forest, soaking in the fresh air and sunlight. In her downtime, you can find Roxanne recharging through doing yoga, listening to music, or practicing one of her various instruments.

Miranda is our dedicated examination technician, known for her warm, compassionate, and thoughtful nature. When you walk through our office doors she will be one of the first welcoming smiles you see! She has a genuine love for helping others and her kindness creates a welcoming atmosphere, making everyone feel seen and valued. Miranda’s personality especially shines when she is connecting with babies or children. Miranda has brought love, laughter, and positivity, since joining our team in early October 2024.

In Miranda’s spare time she loves camping with friends, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors. She also enjoys travelling and going on adventures with friends. You can often find Miranda at home in her jungle of plants and frogs, reading a book, or crocheting. Yes you read that right, she has pet frogs, as well as a cat named Gizmo!

Miranda’s commitment to her role and her genuine care for others, makes her an essential part of our team and an advocate for our patient’s well-being.

This is Deb, who you will most likely catch at the front desk. Outside of work, Deb is always up to something creative or adventurous, whether that’s painting, experimenting in the kitchen, or discovering a great new restaurant. Weekends usually find her out camping or cozy at home with her cats.

She brings a wonderful energy to our team, and we couldn’t be happier
to have her here.

She is the person behind the content at Family First! With a background in marketing and a genuine love for social media, she does something pretty special here; sharing the warmth of a clinic that actually lives up to its name.

Between creating content and helping at the front desk, Abi connects with our patients every day, and by her own admission, they make the job easy.

Outside the clinic you’ll find her on a run, nose-deep in a book, or at the dog park with her two dogs, Olive and Finn.
