Meet the Team at Family First Chiropractic & Wellness Centre

Roxanne is our vibrant, attentive and compassionate Front Technician, who is always happy to assist you. She has been dedicated to making a positive impact at Family First Chiropractic & Wellness Centre since June 2023 and has a passion for health, wellness, and helping others. Roxanne loves meeting new people and cherishes the joyful interactions she has with patients, especially the little ones, and she’s always excited to admire the masterpieces they create at our colouring table.

Family is very important to Roxanne, you can often find her spending quality time with her niece and nephew or relaxing by hanging out with her cat Nicky. She has a passion for traveling and is always looking forward to planning her next adventure and exploring new places. Roxanne finds immense joy and tranquillity in spending time in nature, and going on walks through the forest, soaking in the fresh air and sunlight. In her downtime, you can find Roxanne recharging through doing yoga, listening to music, or practicing one of her various instruments.

Gena, our warm and friendly Documentation Technician, grew up with her younger sister in a town south of Winnipeg. She has always enjoyed helping her dad on the farm, working with kids and travelling with her husband and friends. When you meet her, you are sure to feel her bubbly, caring and inviting presence! Gena loves to help others, and this shows in everything that she does here at the clinic to make sure every patient feels comfortable and at home whether it’s holding a baby or keeping the kids happy and entertained. Her positivity and can- do attitude always shines through, and we appreciate seeing her warm smile every day!

When she is not in the office, Gena loves spending time with her family, friends and three cats which are big part of her life. She enjoys trying out new places to eat delicious food, and has a knack for finding unique items such as furniture to repurpose for her home. You can also find her doing water activities or camping in the summer as well as skiing and snowboarding in the wintertime.

Gena is a wonderful addition to the team and is committed to ensuring your experience at the clinic is an unforgettable one.

Miranda is our dedicated examination technician, known for her warm, compassionate, and thoughtful nature. When you walk through our office doors she will be one of the first
welcoming smiles you see! She has a genuine love for helping others and her kindness creates a welcoming atmosphere, making everyone feel seen and valued. Miranda’s personality especially shines when she is connecting with babies or children. Miranda has brought love, laughter, and positivity, since joining our team in early October 2024.

In Miranda’s spare time she loves camping with friends, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors. She also enjoys travelling and going on adventures with friends. You can often find Miranda at home in her jungle of plants and frogs, reading a book, or crocheting. Yes you read that right, she has pet frogs, as well as a cat named Gizmo!

Miranda’s commitment to her role and her genuine care for others, makes her an essential part of our team and an advocate for our patient’s well-being.
